At Victory Life Church, we value the way in which photos, videos, and other media can help our church community grow and communicate the Gospel. Photos and videos tell our story, as well as providing visitors information and giving them an idea of what to expect when they attend our services or events. They can also highlight the work of those who serve while allowing us to communicate our mission as a church for people who do not attend Victory Life church via live stream, website, or other digital and print media.
Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming and other recordings may be in progress at Victory Life Church services, Kids classes, ministry activities, programs and other events. Victory Life Church may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the ministry, including but not limited to bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters and other printed or digital materials (e.g., Victory Life Church website, social media posts, etc).
By participating in Victory Life Church services,
ministry activities, programs and events:
(1) you consent to be photographed, videographer, or otherwise recorded;
(2) you grant your permission for Victory Life Church to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice or statements, without compensation, credit or other consideration to you for Victory Life Church of East Texas publicity and other purposes, throughout the world and in perpetuity;
(3) you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Victory Life Church from any and all liabilities and claims involving the use of your image, likeness, voice or statements.
